Aisha Estey

Aisha Estey joined Kazlaw in 2020 after obtaining her Master’s in law from the University of British Columbia.

Born in Saskatchewan and raised in Victoria, BC, Aisha obtained her BA from the University of Victoria and earned a First Class, Honours, law degree from the University of Kent in the UK. Aisha thoroughly enjoyed the international legal perspective she gained during her time in England. She was elected President of a university society, interned in the legal department of an international media company, and competed and won several negotiation and writing competitions.

Aisha understands the importance of simplifying the law for her clients in order to alleviate the stressors that come with litigation. Aisha was partially drawn to personal injury law because the fee arrangements provide people with the opportunity to exercise their rights, free of financial concerns.

Aisha grew up dancing competitively in styles from ballet to musical theater. She loves traveling, cooking, and debating the state of the world with her equally passionate friends, family, and colleagues. After work, you can find Aisha trying out a new restaurant or burning it off on her Peloton.
